We highly recommend to use our Browser Extension to manage and analyze Speed Kit directly from your browser.
Just go to the Browser Extension and install it in you Chrome browser. For the basic features you do not need to connect a project via an API key or a dashboard account, you can ignore the setting page that comes up after the installation and start using the extension right away.
Toggling activates/deactivates Speed Kit only locally in your browser. Using the toggle is the best approach for debugging and testing the page with and without Speed Kit.
With this button you can refresh the cached content for the current page to make sure you see the most up-to-date content. In order to do this, you need to be connected to the project that is serving this site.
To connect the project click on "Add you project key" which will send you to a settings page.
The easiest option is to connect the project automatically by signing into your web dashboard account, just click on "Get Projects From Dashboard" and log in. If you do not have a web dashboard account contact your Speed Kit admin to invite you to the dashboard or send you the project name and key.
The second option is to fill in a project name and key that you get from your Speed Kit admin.
Indicates whether Speed Kit is currently activated for the website.
Shows whether the site has been served by Speed Kit or the origin server.
